Yep... can agree with that.

In my, albeit, limited experience…the best managers have worked at all levels of a business to gain a wealth of knowledge…not just a fancy degree …I know there are obvious caveats to this….but I think the general principle holds.

Agriculture... field run off... is the largest cause of waterway pollution... quite rightly since leaving the EU the EA are ramping up pressure on the farming industry to improve things... new legislation for animal waste storage is however crippling a business like mine... grants are available...
