This is news to the Club! Having spoken with them just now, they confirm that no such meeting has taken place. An announcement on a new fan engagement strategy will be made in the coming weeks. The Club is working to enhance engagement with ALL corners of the supporter base.

The meetings (a minimum of two per season) are mandated by the EFL for all 72 league clubs. Live streaming has been requested and discounted. Filming for subsequent airing has also been considered but not implemented.
