3/4 Targets

I would be very interested to know why it has been a frustrating week. When we are in the race for 3 or 4 targets, why aren't we landing them? Financial, location, ambition, coach?
 
Probably because every football player & club is waiting for the big offers, increased wages etc to come along for the players to move.
Unless clubs offer the inflated asking price (think about Bowler and what 'we' say he's worth)...nobody moves
Clubs buying are going to wait until the very last minute, to see if they can save a few £100K or even get a loan deal done.

We know 100% we don't have £10m to splash.......not even £1m really...unless Bowler goes
Loans and released players are going to be the norm......but lets remember, were not haemorrhaging money like some other clubs.... 🤔

All the players are new to Voldie...& he will only change/buy if they can add something new to the team...
We all want to see new signings because that's what we live for at the start of the season......
With Critch leaving and Voldie starting.....maybe all our targets have swapped around and were starting from scratch again...

Not the best (or shortest answer) but......as people say....It is, what it is.
