After a tough start to the season to get to 3rd Place is brilliant.

First season in charge first managerial job Critch recruited good players and has fostered a great team spirit .

We can definately go all the way and get promoted. We will be a force in the Championship.

Not there yet and a lot of work to do as the play offs are a lottery but we are best placed and this team have great belief.
