Season ticket neighbours wizzerboy?
Am I missing something here or are you saying that as my brother is a season ticket holder this year that his neighbour Ernie should get a ticket for Oxford, I’ve been a season ticket holder for years apart from the oyston boycott & Ernie who doesn’t even like football will be allowed in?
If that’s the case then Ernie may let’s say be involved in a hit & run incident and I shall buy his house if you involve the police I know where you live- be warned
I have screenshotted this threat and will hand it over to the police if anything happens to Ernie.

It always happens.
First priority will be of ST holders of 5 years plus.
This was how the lucky 1000 were selected for Swindon game
Totally wrong it was the first 1000 who had purchased a ST this season.
As to your second fact about 5 years plus is also wrong the club did away with that taking into consideration the boycott years.

New owner with new staff and a new way of doing things.

Yep. When I bought my season ticket following the boycott I was told by the ticket staff that the boycott years had been disregarded and I had been reinstated as Band A. I didn't ask the question as I wasn't really bothered. Tell you the truth it doesn't really bother me if I am Band A or not but I would expect my son (also a STH) and I to have preferential treatment for tickets as that is part of the incentive for me to buy a season ticket.

We sold just shy of 4300 season tickets. (Including corporate tickets).

The number available was based on a 25% cap of capacity - that capacity was based on home fans only which allows for a larger capacity when taking out segregation and safety measures put in place for away supporters.

All season ticket holders will therefore be able to get a ticket and if all take up the offer then likely no-one else will be inside except for the media

If Simon Sadler had spent his money on increasing the capacity at Bloomers to 25,000 instead of wasting it on team strengthening and free Christmas presents for kids then we wouldn’t be having this discussion, what with 6000 or tickets available for the Play-Of....oh yeah! Sorry forgot!

It is crazy how people think. There’s people who probably think there should be lateral flow test stations on the entrances to Stanley Park gates.

“You’re fine to come in but can you make sure your dog wears his mask properly”...
We will be fine now, we are back to “Good Old British Common Sense” being our shield against the virus again according to the Prime Malingerer.

I don't think the club can start their own vaccination passport and whilst I agree it would be a wise decision, the time frame will dictate how tickets are allocated. Personally I'd guess STHs within a certain distance, followed by those who had STHs last season within the FY postal region. This would exclude me on the distance but would make equal sense.

4000 Season tickets sold 4000 seats at quarter capacity available why would the club start looking into where you live too much of a faff.

We bought ST's on the last day of the early bird just before sales were suspended, this was because one of our group of 3 was fannying about, in the end I got sick of waiting & asking him. So just myself & my disabled Bro in-law. So assuming (dangerous I know) we are allowed 4k for the home leg we should be ok. If for some reason we miss out, then it would be nice to watch it in the pub with some atmosphere, but as it will be table service, we won't be guaranteed to be able to see the screen's. With that in mind I'd rather subscribe on Now TV & definitely be able to see. As for Wembley, we'll make a decision if or when we achieve it. Of course we are capable of beating Oxford over 2 legs, but the fact that it's not a given is what makes it exciting & tense. 😬 🤞

We will have to wait and see. The only reason for giving 5 year+ ST holders first shout is for distribution purposes. First 2 day sale for them and then it will for other season ticket holders afterwards then non season ticket holders to pick up the scraps.
May not apply this time due to limited ticket sales.
As mentioned there will be no need to worry for season ticket holders.
At least 10% won’t purchase anyway due to various reasons.

The 5 year+ was for five continuous years of buying a season ticket the club has done away with that and taken into account the boycott years and now by total number of season tickets bought it's all out there if you can be arsed to look. 👍

Anybody who had a season ticket in the NAPM years should keep it quiet. I lost my continuous years of having one when I supported the club by not going, otherwise I would have had 20+ years - happy its only 2 now 😀

I have 6 years labelled on my ST “ Issue 6 “ and yes I boycotted during NAPM years.
Check it out

Not had this seasons ticket issued have we? How can I check it out?

Anyhow -the issue number on the card has no relevance whatsoever to years of being a ST holder, its simply an admin number based on the number of cards issued.

What the club did when the receivers were called in was to ignore the years during NAPM - so if you had an ST before NAPM and you bought one as soon as we could get back in - you are classed as having continuous years of attendance.

I thought we had our entitlement reinstated if you boycotted.

I’m not a STH and would love nothing more than to go but completely agree that season ticket holders should have priority.

As for the 5 year rule I remember that being a rule in the premier league. It shouldn’t be allowed now as it would be rewarding people who went in the boycott years, and the last thing they should be is rewarded. If anything people with a season ticket during them years should be made last priority for the playoff tickets.

Anyone who has had a season ticket for the last 5 years has been supporting the Oystons so should be put in stocks outside the ground and pelted with shit.
Forgive and forget and all that, but there is something quite satisfying in that thought now you mentioned it.🤣🤛

How many times has it been said on here that the NAPM years are not included in anyones ST record!
I have 6 years on last seasons ST and I assure you I didn’t attend or hold a ST during NAPM.

Bob - was told when I renewed after the boycott. that my ST record was re-instated to disregard the years of NAPM when I didn't buy one.
