There is an independent judiciary in this country. It's one of our strengths of the democratic process. Politicians don't have any say, regardless of how much they might whinge from the sidelines.

I'm no expert on the law in this country but I know how it works, something you sadly lack.

I might level a lot of things at you in the course of a post, but one thing I have never levelled at you (certainly not intentionally), is your knowledge of benefits, as I believe you spent most of your working life involved with them. Likewise I don't expect some idiot to give the impression they have a greater knowledge of the law and its workings, if they plainly haven't.

Im not always right, but with well over 40 years experience in a multitude of legal environments, Id like to think Ive a certain authority on related matters, and unless you can prove to the contrary or you have amassed the same experience or better, I would politely and respectfully ask you to shut the feck up.

I can take virtually any accusation, banter or criticism, its part of posting on a Forum, but making personal remarks about someones professional integrity or capability is bang out of order.
