Hi Everyone

Just a reminder that tomorrow at 8pm we have 'an Evening with Ben Burgess' it will be LIVE so you can ask Ben questions in the chat and would like to see plenty of you in the chat tomorrow if you can make it

If anyone can't make it but would like me and Jane to ask him something for you please post it in this thread, thanks

The Link is here :

Can you ask him was he gutted the referee hadn't played an extra 5 seconds in the 2010 play off final, as he would have surely scored?
He had the ball alone in the Cardiff half, with nobody to beat (the Cardiff keeper had gone up for a corner), and the referee blew the final whistle.
Thanks in advance.

one of the only negatives about that day. I was right in front of the other chance he had late on but he got it all wrong with his left foot.I really wanted him to score that.

A great interview. Many thanks.
Nearly 2 hours long!
He can certainly talk, and has some good stories to tell.
Well worth watching for those who haven't seen it yet.
Thanks for that BBS and yes he answered loads of my questions before I got a chance to ask them and what a great, funny guy too. I couldn't believe it when I saw we were nearly 2 hours! 😱

I notice Ben says he was at best 70% fit whenever he played for us, due to a knee injury he suffered at Hull.

Might explain why he appeared to run with a slight hobble.
Yes things we as fans never knew. He was a great player wonder how good he would have been had he not had such an horrific injury? It's amazing he did get an extra 10 years when many were telling him he would have to retire at such a young age.

As much as I like Ben it is insanity that Grayson allowed for him to not have a proper medical and he was injured the entire time he was here.
As he said different times back then. I guess it was insanity but he was a part of what in my humble opinion was the best 4 years of my life watching Blackpool Football Club with my dad.

I am lucky that I got to see Blackpool FC play in the Premier League with my dad I know lots of people didn't, and as Ben played his part in that I can only thank him for helping and for being a good character to have in the dressing room

Thanks Lee, hugely interesting and entertaining. How about getting an interview with Simon would love to see a Q and A with him after his first full season as an owner of a football club
