To be honest I'm not sure we have that much ability in this squad even after the panic buying/loans, certainly not as much as most posters believe.
Even now and I said it a few weeks ago, we still don't have a leader of men, we still don't have any real pace ANYWHERE in the team. Fans want an expansive style of football - you must be joking with the one dimensional collection of trudgers we currently have.
Rule number one. All teams that play attacking football firstly need to win the right to play sexy football. That unfortunately is impossible without a strong spine.
Grayson has gambled and brought far to many players, hoping 3/4 of them would be good enough to get us back on track. Personally I'd have spent the same money and bought a proven centre back and possible future club captain. Even if it meant pushing the boat out. I'd of done the same in the the middle of the park, looking for another leader to dive us forward. Spearing and Virtue, don't make me laugh!

Yes Grayson must go but I'm not sure the current Liverpool manager could shuffle this bunch into a decent side.
