Unless you're in one of 20 or so States, and if you go to another for a termination, they'll try you for murder on your return and they have the death penalty.
So killing of viable humans is fine.

Fake news. The only source of this story is an abortion activist doctor, who ignores further media inquiry.
She would be required by law to report such a case to police for investigation. No such police case can be found, and no reference to law enforcement activity is made in any of the media reports.
It is a made-up-story intended to push Republican politicians into a gotcha moment. The left loves to ignore the fact that "hard cases make bad law".
