Another Worldy, another deflected goal, just watched the highlights, we're not getting any luck are we.

What was Henegan doing - definate straight red !
 
Listening to some on here lately it's nothing to do with luck, we're just not good enough apparently. 🙄
 
It isn’t anything to do with luck AT ALL.....that is what every loser ever born uses as an excuse.

in one game luck could be used as an excuse

Yes I think we’ve had exactly what we deserved, no more no less........people saying Southend scored a worldly....first toy are they not allowed to shoot?, secondly did we not win that game??........as soon as anyone starts talking about “luck” it’s all a bit woe is me when what really needs to be done is concentrating efforts on getting better at what we are doing .....we had several chances today to make it 2-0 but didn’t ..that isn’t luck is it??
 
You make you’re own luck, we’re garbage at the moment, own it ffs
 
Our opponents are taking their chances, we are not. Our problem is that we are trying too hard to engineer the perfect chance. Trying to walk it in sometimes. Under previous managers such as Bowyer and Ollie our strikers and midfielders would take a shot on and have a go at goal.
 
Unfortunately luck was all we seemed to have early season. It is very difficult to see where a win is gonna come from. Let’s hope soon

TBH Blood, if it wasn't for bad luck we'd have no luck at all 😜
 
Agree with Blood and TAM, we can’t hide behind luck and we were fortunate at times in the early season.

I’m positive now that SG has gone, and I really do think we have some good quality in the current squad. I don’t think we are far off being a top 6 side, confidence is shot and we need to get the right man in to address that and how we set up.

I’m looking forward to seeing how things progress in the remainder of the season. There is enough time for the new man to assess his squad ahead of the summer window, so I feel really positive about next season.
