Long shot, but does anybody on here work 'on-call' as part of their job, or anybody who works in employment law, who would be willing to answer a question about restrictions whilst 'on-call'?

Give chat GPT a go first off it might answer some simple enough questions for you.

There's a good few lawyers on here who will have colleagues who they can recommend or as above Citizens advice.

If you don't get a recommendation I can put you in touch with a strong one

Set the prompt to act as a HR advisor or Employment specialist in the UK and then spell out the problem from there
Ask direct questions with references to UK employment law.
I use this on a regular basis and it's worked very well......and it answers quicker and friendlier than the HR person in our organisation
