Anyone else following today from on the piste?

Last day of family skiing holiday so will be trying to catch up on here and with Matt Scrafton’s Twitter in between runs. I have a feeling we’re going to get a good result today 👍🏼
 
I have never done a skiing holiday, not likely too, scares the shit out of me, but would love to go somewhere for a week in the mountains in the snow but just to chill (pun not intended) and enjoy the beauty of it. Any recommendations of places that would do that? ❄️
 
No but I will be following from work
Would have gone today but my daughter is in Essex she was at the vip nightclub opening with James Locke and the towie crew. She loved meeting them all and she had a ball at my expense of me having to work.

Levi in Finland is great

Inghams do a decent package Small ski area with lots to do Snowmobiling / organised walks and a chance to see the northern lights

Bit expensive for drinks though

Was going to post the same limechase 😂 Herts, have a look at Niederau in Austria. We all learnt to ski there but it’s quite low down with lots of picturesque walking trails...... my wife’s aunt and uncle walk in that area a lot, it’s similar to our Lake District and the bigger area is called Wildschonau 👍🏼

Knee was quite sore this time. But bollox to pain it didnt stop me... Age is definitely catching up now... Will need to be sensible in 🇨🇦 pace myself.... How was a month in Sauze? Expect you have legs like tree trunks now?

I have board boots & re.nt a board, not done it for about 3yrs due to costs talking ski & board boots n planks... But with Lufthansa this time so get free carrige so may take boots .... Boarding still scares me tho... You can take a massively painful fall @ any time... Makes you think @ my age... Pain is not my friend

Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the Bavarian Alps, beautiful town too👍
