Without being truly itk it’s easy to be critical of the negotiating team here.
We weren’t critical of Bowler in January when he turned down the option of going to a team that looked nailed on for Prem league (and made it…)
It could well be that CB doesn’t rate our chances of staying up and thinks a good season will nail him a more plum gig come Jan or next summer?
