Do not tell me Quitch is a developer of young players, he does not give them any chance - our youth is being lead by Dobbie.

I completely agree - his attitude to the youth players is depressingly poor. Apter is a real talent- he should be given game time in a proactive way way that shows a desire to nourish youth talent. Despite his background, Critchley seems incapable of this.

His background is elite youth level and as such our poor development lads are deemed inferior
Rather than give Apter time he would rather use another teams youth players
I'm sure our business model requires youth players to be developed and sold on
League 1 and none of them is deemed good enough under current management

It's quite strange that we have an owner who wants his model to be nurturing young players through to the first team but then employs an ex youth coach as manager who doesn't give them a ** chance ! I'm scratching my head here.

Really like what little I've seen of Apter. We have no one, it would seem , to get half a buttock out of a seat never mind a whole bum. Apter could be the player to do that. Technically very gifted
