Aren't most football clubs meh!

Watching the second round draw last night I looked down all the possibilities and was genuinely uninterested in them all! Is that just because now I'm older, I've seen us play all those teams? Other than maybe Everton the only 3 locally you'd want are Liverpool, Man City and Man United and beyond that maybe Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs. The rest really are quite dull!

any club that gives you a chance to win should be seen as a good draw, it would be nice to go on a decent cup run. the fact that the league cup is so often ignored by the bigger teams until the quarter final stage should give us some hope for an extended run. If I was señor Sadler i would be pushing to take this cup as far as possible, understanding that the league is more important a decent cup run is always a good thing.

wolves are very beatable. drawing Man city or liverpool or arsenal early on and possibly getting battered might not do a great deal for confidence.

I didn’t even watch the draw, unless you get someone big in this cup then it's really just a chance to give the fringe players minutes in their legs.

I suppose that's been the delights of being a Blackpool fan that in the last 10 or so years we've played practically every club and so no one really jumps from the page. We need a European run!!

All the teams you would get excited about would play a load of kids and substitutes against the likes of us. If we supported Barrow or Hartlepool their fans would possibly be excited about a draw against us. Maybe you are spoiled by Blackpool who has played in the two top divisions in the last 13 years.
