Has anybody tried Turmeric for arthritis in the knees and if so, have you found any benefits ?
I've been looking in to it recently. It certainly seems to have a positive effect. But I'd be interested to hear from somebody who has actually tried it rather than somebody trying to sell it to me.Has anybody tried Turmeric for arthritis in the knees and if so, have you found any benefits ?

I enjoy working out and weight lifting. It’s been a large part of my life for years. I follow the science - I do a lot of work with Sport England and also involved with a Medical Genetics development team.
I could be run over by a bus tomorrow but in the meantime I’ll stay as healthy as I can get my body to be and that’s good enough for me.

Couple of ** years with your knees ️I have quite a bit of wear in my knees after a lifetime of playing football.
I have tried a number of ‘natural remedies’ over the years, including turmeric for a while.
High strength Glucosamine has unquestionably been the best for me.
I think you just have to try to find what works for you, if anything.
If you put the tumeric in a high cupboard so that you have to stretch for it every time you use it, it will work even better, honest.Quick update for anybody that's interested. I've been taking the turmeric tablets for 3 days and there is a significant change in the pain in my knees. Didn't think that it would work so quickly. So far I'd strongly recommend it !
No need.......just make sure you don’t eat the shellJust the prawn meat.....and it was as good as it was first time round.Shell on prawns from yesterday, good luck and make sure you’ve got plenty of bog roll

Very true.....Ha ha Chunky, for someone who looks fairly young and fit you need a bigger pill box than someone in their 80's. That I find strange.
