Asda to sell Pints.

I live in Spain & all larger supermarket chains with a cafe/bar sells alcohol. Even hospital do & crematoriums lol
I think Asda want you to take the beer home in recyclable bottles not drink it in the store.😂

Might work with Bitter but as a Lager drinker tried it in the Lockdown from the local Micro-pub and by the time you take it out of the fridge it's flat.

Interesting, reckon it will work?
There is a micro brewery on the IoM who had surplus stock when lockdown kicked off so they asked the supermarket to sell it. They did and still do now, so yeah, if the beers good they will sell.

Anyone remember the shop opposite The Falcon in PLF that sold beer in a similar way? You could sit outside and drink at the tables, I very much doubt they had a license. The Old Peculiar was dangerously tasty on a summers day I recall.

It’s take away only and quite simply won’t work. Who in their rig mind is going to drive to Asda to get a pint in a cardboard box, costing much the same as yo can get in a pub.
