Can’t say I’m a big fan of cubism either, but the significance of Guernica and its meaning goes beyond any specific art form.

Why? The west started a war in his country. He may be a despot but if you start a fight you need to be able to finish it.

The Arab Spring started across a number of countries in North Africa and the middle East. In Syria it developed into armed insurrection then full scale war. None of this was initiated by the West.
