Chasing the money, Bale has snubbed Cardiff for a trip across the pond to join LA something or other. Pleased about that, he would have been a good player for them.
I’m pretty sure the guys has millions and doesn’t need more. Probably a better standard of life than WalesChasing the money, Bale has snubbed Cardiff for a trip across the pond to join LA something or other. Pleased about that, he would have been a good player for them.
And the good'ol USA is?Wants to be in the best shape possible for the WC, 20+ games of Championship football probably isn't the best preparation for that.

I get that completely and can’t argue with it, just shows how fucked football is when a good player (not great in any way) can earn so much yet give back so little to his club. Personally can’t stand the prick and that probably boils down to me been jealous of his wealth and lifestyle having not appeared to have “busted a gut” for it over the past decade. Saying all that glad he’s buggered off to Dixie and ideally I’ll never see him face Blackpool againA great player for Wales, up there with the very best. And if RM were willing to offer him a 600k per week six year contract then why should he allow them to try and force him out and sign for some-one else on possibly half that at best?
clearly your bias against him shines through. Did he come third in the ballon do'r vote. I'd suggest you have to be better than good to achieve that. Especially if the only two ahead of you are two of the all time greats in Messi and Ronaldo. Again, he was doing well at RM and giving plenty back until Zidane came in. And as I pointed out earlier, they offered him a long [6?] year contract on supposedly 600k pw so why should he be forced out to another club for much less money.I get that completely and can’t argue with it, just shows how fucked football is when a good player (not great in any way) can earn so much yet give back so little to his club. 100% and I’m not hiding it, I just don’t personally believe he is a great player, his injury record unfortunately stopping him becoming that. I probably just get wound up with how much he appears to give his all for Wales yet doesn’t appear to do the at R.M, maybe just badly mismanaged and I should congratulate him on his efforts for his county…… but I just don’t like himclearly your bias against him shines through. Yes it was they held talks last weekThe move to Cardiff was never on the cards apparently.
If you've got a manager in Zidane that didn't pick him then it's difficult for him to give his all. Clearly a clash of personalities which of course the manager usually wins. And as I said a couple of years into a 6 year 600k pw contract then he ain't gonna move.100% and I’m not hiding it, I just don’t personally believe he is a great player, his injury record unfortunately stopping him becoming that.
