Be lovely to get a first day ST sales

Plenty of other clubs announcing theirs. Bolton have just passed 8k which is quite impressive.

Am sure we used to have some kind souls on here who used to count the dots. That would be assuming all 4000 ST holders from last season renew (and if they renewed last season, I'd say at least 90% will renew this time) and then adding up the rest.

Anyone bored today?!

I know a couple of people couldn't renew yesterday because of the issues with Ticket master so they're going down to the club shop today to get there's. Could be another busy day for the staff.

20s I did mine yesterday just in case there were a few games at the start of the season that only allowed a certain number inโ€ฆhope we can be back to normal but who knows.
yeah, that thoughts crossed my mind too but had a very expensive few months so need to wait til nearer end of month to get it sorted.

I renewed five and bought 4 new and my mate bought his next to us. If the maths are right we should have double STโ€™s โ€ฆ 8k?

Went in to get 3 this morning.
Talking to an employee he said at close yesterday they'd sold just over 3500.
Didn't say if it included renewals

It's difficult to gague numbers at this point. No doubt the ticket office staff are working through a list and there are greyed out areas on the stadium plan. The number will be the number but I am still guessing we will sell around 7.5k ST's.

Aprox 6100+ seats gone so far on seat planner, obviously that with the existing st holders being greyed out also. But assume all will renew. Not sure what happens if some have moved seats, whether seats become available straight away or held still.

I imagine some of existing st holders will wait for the rush to die down so can renew easier as they have until end of month I think.

Also with most paid near the end of the month will probably see another boost there.

Early days but looking fairly promising so far, but too early to say, as extra st holders might mean a bit less on the day sales than expected, but should see a boost overall anyway due to going up and opposition.

Also I notice the seats are still unavailable in the north front 2 rows and south front row. Surely now they sell those bloody seats?

I think there will be quite a high proportion of new sales in the first couple of weeks, because for many existing season ticket holders there will not be any need to rush. If it's true we've sold 3,500, then in the first two days that's not bad at all.
I think it would help sales if there was more certainty on the lifting of Covid restrictions, and I wonder IF it's delayed, will the club extend the early bird discount so people can be a bit more confident in their purchase.

We have moved seats when I renewed and bought an extra seat - but assuming my old seats have not been released yet as they are still showing in my account as available to renew?

I renewed and moved seats (phoned the club shop to arrange) and my old seat from last season was released to general sale.

well done double J, you are the new AVFTT dot counter. In JJ we trust
Got a brain like a computer, only have to see the page and I can instantly tell you the amount of different colour dots.....

Thought my life was wasted until these moments, makes it all worth it ๐Ÿ˜

But seriously its much easier when the section is either really full or really empty.

Renewed half an a hour ago at club shop. Couldnโ€™t get two together in N block so bought two in P and couldnโ€™t get the two we wanted in c block so got odd ones in D block

Edited post as looks like I missed a block off. Over 6100 actually as of this morn and its definitely increasing.... Will have another look later tonight.
Pretty much mirrors sales from a match in League1 just before kick off time. If those grey seats all buy it looks like around 7000 which is what the home fans average was 2 seasons ago. I'll do a count when the deadline for renewals passes.
