A live beamback of Blackpool's fixture away to Fylde Coast neighbours Fleetwood Town has been arranged, the Club can confirm.

Allowing you to back the boys from Bloomfield Road, the beamback offers supporters an alternative opportunity to watch the match, given that the Seasiders' ticket allocation was snapped up within 24 hours of sale.

The live screening - sponsored by The Pork Shop - will be held in the Matthews Suite* on Saturday 7 March, with doors open from 1.30pm.

Tickets will go on sale, initially to season ticket holders, from 9am on Tuesday 18 February and are priced at £10 per person, with a pie and a pint/soft drink** included.

Subject to availability, tickets will then go on general sale from 9am on Friday 21 February.

How to purchase:

Good idea this, but again wont get to general sale. I reckon a big screen on the pitch and fill one of the stands. More income for club and more room for fans?

If they did a big screen and put our fans down one side of our ground there would be more there than poxy Highbury.

As I've said all along. Tinpot.

had to confirm with the bairn (son/child in non northeastern speak) as I had a fading memory of going to watch a beam back against nob end at the ground - he confirmed we did - 1-0 win to the mighty via a Hoolihan pen!!! 8th December 2007 - I'm getting old!!!!

Did many Pool fans manage to get tickets for the Codwood home end, or did that also sell out in one hour ?
I'm not a season ticket person, so it doesn't look promising with the Beamback option either - ....are there any high
rise tower blocks with balconies in the vicinity of Hatfield Ave and Highbury Avenue ?? .. .just a thought..!

That option will probably sell out in half-an-hour by the way things are going... :(
