Best atmosphere at Bloomfield Road...

Since Bristol City at home in 2010.

I think a combination of an evening kick off, SKY cameras and people being on the booze from around midday onwards resulted in what I think was the best atmosphere in 10 years.

All three stands were at it from the first kick onwards. Best fans in the league. No contest.

It becomes ingrained. It becomes a habit.
When this carries on over a period of time, singing, chanting even clapping becomes the norm and it will be what we are known for.

Magnificent stuff

If you don’t like it then go down to Deepdale, seems it will be more your style 😬 always something to moan about.
Why would I go down to Deepdale you freak?

I said it's repeated too much, I also said the atmosphere is fantastic.

If you don't like my moaning, block me. Pretty simple really

Considering the attendance may well have been affected by ‘Sky’ coverage and the weather etc, those that were there did themselves proud. You wouldn’t have known any QPR fans were in the ground.
👏👏👏👏👏5 star fans.

Last night was my first game at Bloomfield Road since the homecoming, we were sat in the NW corner and even though I knew that the atmosphere had improved a lot, it was still amazing to hear in person. Undoubtedly one of the noisiest in the country.

It seems self-evident to say, but clearly the concentration of like-minded fans that was possible due to return from the boycott has made it possible. What surprises me though is that clubs haven’t latched on to the idea that they can promote it through pricing incentives (particularly aimed at 16-25 year olds) and dedicated blocks of the ground. By doing so they’d tap into a virtuous circle of an improving atmosphere attracting less-vocal fans to other sections.
