Bez Lubala.

We’ve got Lubala, Madine and Nuttall all missing with no real information given. It’s quite refreshing that we’re now actually acting professional.
Its seems that a few on here don't want us to be as professional as that and want the club to send out half day bulletins.

What the team are having after training.
Where Critch and his Mrs are going for their 1st meal out after lockdown.
When is Chris Maxwell going to have his toenails cut next.
Who's got the best parking spot at the ground.

As supporters we are there to support the team. Critch tells us from time to time in interviews a little of what's going on, and a couple of hours before KO you get to know who's in the team!!

Apart from that they're entitled to run the club by whichever way they see fit.
If people are really that bothered where Lubala and Madine are then email the club but don't expect an answer too soon.

Half day bulletins? Where did anyone request that?

Bez has been “out” for 2 months with no info supplied as yet.

We have to wait for Wizz to spill now 😎

Thanks for your assistance, you know what I mean.

In the same paragraph 😉
You can definitely have probably and fact in the same paragraph. You can have them in the same sentence, in fact, but you probably meant that an idea cannot be both probably and factual. 😉

I'm in the mood for being a bit of a tit today. 👍

And you are succeeding most impressively sir😁

I’m always amazed football fans feel they have a divine right to know what’s going on behind the scenes. Of course we have a vested interest and that will never change, but to me people’s personal business is exactly that. The fact that it’s at a football club and not an office or a building site is irrelevant. It’s still Bez place of work and you just have to trust the club to do what’s right regardless of what we may think has gone on. If Bez has some personal issues then I wish him the best of luck in sorting them out and returning to the game ASAP. #UTMP🍊🧡

I agree we have no right to know, however due to the amount of speculation this situation is generating which cannot be ignored considering how short the team is. Maybe just maybe it might be best if the club gave a holding statement. Even if it’s along the lines of ‘Bez is missing for personal reasons and we ask for everyone to respect this and stop the speculation ’

And then everyphooker starts to speculate on what his personal reasons are. In my opinion , this subject is best left as it is .

If the club just said he had an ACL injury we would be on our merry way, but no, there’s something lurking in the background that today’s society MUST KNOW about. It’s madness.

This is from Aussie Rugby League, Wayne Bennett managed the England team for a while and is known not to take crap.........

Wayne Bennett has fiercely defended Latrell Mitchell’s right to privacy after the star fullback was visibly upset walking off the field at Bankwest Stadium on Friday night.

TV coverage showed the 23-year-old in tears and being consoled by Bennett and teammates in the Rabbitohs’ sheds following their 40-12 win over the Warriors.

When asked why Mitchell was upset, Bennett leapt to the defence of his star man.

“He may well have been (visibly upset) but it’s got nothing to do with you,” Bennett said.

“The changeroom for me has always been a sacred place and unfortunately the game gave away a lot of our rights to those places but in my mind and in my head, it’s a place where we can go and be who we want to be and not have to answer to anyone.”

After suggestions that fans would like to know what happened to Mitchell, who had played a key role in his side’s impressive victory, Bennett bit back.

“The fans would love to know a lot of things that we don’t tell them, OK? They won’t be disappointed, they’ll understand my position on it,” he said

There was a time when I'd turn up at the ground ahead of a game and the tannoy would announce a new signing in the line up.

Now we seem to have an expectation that the fans will know about possible signings before the players themselves.

God how old are you?! 😉

I mean, people do give the club hundreds of peoples year on year? They're allowed to be intrigued.

They had you all under delayed reaction mind control ;-)
It was good for us. 😉

Well, actually better than the scenario we now find ourselves in. Surely? The constant refreshing of screens and following of links. Real time mind control. I remember my dad saying that computers would ruin the way we live, and he died in 92, so it was back in the 80s. It's a contentious point, the whole progress debate, but I think he had a point. He also said Owen Oyston would ruin the club, back in the late 80s. 😂

It is tbf. I'm sort of half-and-half in terms of ages. Computers haven't ruined it though, smart phones have. The next evolution that made things come to you and not you to them.

Smart phones are hand held computers, mefinks.

Saturday afternoon Reserve games was waiting to hear the telephone ring in the box above the player's tunnel. Someone would come out and put the score for the first team on the SW stand. If Pool were losing there would be groans around the ground and chants of Suart out by "62years". 😄

I think with all our injuries and him not in the squad would suggest we have seen the last of Bez in Tangerine 🍊

Here to help. 😂

Slightly bizarre 'Massive win for us' - still feels he's part of the side - can't help feeling it was a personal rather than a playing matter!

Well he is part of the side until he’s released isn’t he? It’s just that the Club have said he’s not available to play. For some reason.

I feel really sad for the guy. Can't be great for him in any way at the moment.
Good that he still wants to tweet and celebrate our progress but must be very isolating not to be able to able to be any part of it.

Not sure why anyone is that bothered - think I only saw him play once (and think that was a random cup game) the whole season.
