The court today ruled that the notes of journalist Chris Mullins, that contain the name of the bomber can not be released to the police investigating the case. I find it incredible that a journalist’s source can be protected when he knows the name of the person who murdered 21 people.

Very true and seems at odds with whats been going on in NI. Folk were named in the past but never been tried, and overall I find the whole thing inconsistent and a bit of a scandal

If a journo can find the name (big? there) then why cant the police?
