Question is will we offload before we bring in? I'd sooner be keeping hold of what we've got and adding and then letting players go than vice versa.Balance the squad up offloading week.
All I know is before the season starts we need another 5 in:
Back up keeper
Couple of centre backs
Couple of central midfielders
I have confidence in Sadler delivering
I read somewhere that there’s a vote/further discussion on salary cap this week? That might move things forward
I'm not sure we'll sign another keeper.......given the rules around homegrown players and potential salary caps etc I think they'll promote Jack Sims to no.2, with the option of an emergency loan if something like happened to Alnwick last year happens to Maxwell. All I know is before the season starts we need another 5 in:

Agree. Yes we got compensation, but can’t shake the feeling we got done by the rules again.Weston would’ve been ideal for home grown
Not the clubs fault. The rules on signing contracts between England and Scotland needs to be the same age to stop stuff like this happening
Agree with keeper and centre backs, I’d say we need 3 more centre mids minimum. Wouldn’t say no to a new right back either but don’t think we’ll go for one unfortunately. All I know is before the season starts we need another 5 in:

I agree completely agree re the rules but Sims is miles closer to be first team squad ready than Weston was I'd say.
Easy way to get round d the home grown rules also frees up pitential wages for others.
I could be wrong, just a feeling I've got
