Memories of 1978 are nearly banished now. 3 points at Cov and I'll stop looking down the table
I’ve stopped looking down now I think. Those memories are strong though .

CJ in this form is like having a new £2m signing ……happy daysHe's been outstanding but CJ has been on fire!
Outstanding did you say? He's been outstanding but CJ has been on fire!
Same as Gaz goals was outstanding!!Outstanding did you say?
Blissful ignorance.Their forum is a little funny. A few of them saying they have a better squad than us yet we have taken 4 points off them and are 6 points ahead with a game in hand In the league. Work that one out
Their players seem talented, but can't kick their way out of a paper bag where it counts - shameTheir forum is a little funny. A few of them saying they have a better squad than us yet we have taken 4 points off them and are 6 points ahead with a game in hand In the league. Work that one out
Pearson will say they were robbed today no doubt!Their forum is a little funny. A few of them saying they have a better squad than us yet we have taken 4 points off them and are 6 points ahead with a game in hand In the league. Work that one out
I bloody love Critch.
What are you on about a tap in? Two defenders around him, beat them both in the air and had to get power on it.Madine gets a tap in anyone would score and deluded people creaming themselves .What about the 3 times in a row we just got in great positions to score and the carthorse mucked them all up .Is that why Ihe just feigned a injury
Connolly doing well, you never know we might make a midfielder out of him yet.Deserved lead, been impressed with Thorniley in defence too.
I'd love to see Robbo get half an hour in place of Connolly. Dougall having a really good game.
Connolly cleared up when things got a bit rough. I rate him.Connolly doing well, you never know we might make a midfielder out of him yet.
Because, according to some, he’s had a great game. Why does Dougal keep passing the ball to the opposition?
I've acknowledged Gaz's improvement.Same as Gaz goals was outstanding!!
Yep, worst team that's come here since PKE.Bristol City recently announced a loss of £38.4 Million in the last financial year. It takes some effort to spend that much and still end up with a mediocre team.
My brother, who was there, says Dougal was immense. Utmp!Because, according to some, he’s had a great game.
Critch knows what he's doing.Connolly doing well, you never know we might make a midfielder out of him yet.
He was, but so were the rest of them , it was a fantastic team performance! My brother, who was there, says Dougal was immense. Utmp!
Critch had Pearson's number from the start. Just pressed them and never let them settle. There’s no doubt that Bristol City have a few very talented players (paid a fortune for them as well).
We played better as a team and they had no game changers like CJ & Bowler. Bought on the cheap and on a free. Lovely stuff
Doubtless a ** tax scam - Hargreaves Landsdown bank-rolling those losers.Bristol City recently announced a loss of £38.4 Million in the last financial year. It takes some effort to spend that much and still end up with a mediocre team.
He was, his fantastic cross fell ball made the third goal, God knows what people watchMy brother, who was there, says Dougal was immense. Utmp!

Injured or not, he was still a waste of money. Why would you take a car for a test drive, find out it runs like a three legged donkey and still buy it.Dale injured again, what a waste of money.
He looked good to me when he ran off his knock.Injured or not, he was still a waste of money. Why would you take a car for a test drive, find out it runs like a three legged donkey and still buy it.
They’ve been doing it for years. They think they’re a massive club - no chance!Bristol City recently announced a loss of £38.4 Million in the last financial year. It takes some effort to spend that much and still end up with a mediocre team.
If Critch believes in him, maybe we should. He has had very little game time, certainly not enough to write him off.Injured or not, he was still a waste of money. Why would you take a car for a test drive, find out it runs like a three legged donkey and still buy it.
During his loan period he had one good cameo when he scored. The rest of his appearances he was dire, didn’t show enough to warrant investment. If Critch believes in him, maybe we should. He has had very little game time, certainly not enough to write him off.
See#237He looked good to me when he ran off his knock.
The belief the players have is now there to see. Up a few notches since we started in this division in double quick time really.Great performance by the Pool today, totally outclassed Bristol City.
Same response as the PKE fans. On paper this may be true, probably more experience and proven at this level compared to most of our players... Shows what a great coach can achieve (and how a poor coach can take players backwards)Their forum is a little funny. I look forward to seeing this post quoted when Dale is settled, has actually played a few games and showstgecsort of quality that he showed against ReadingInjured or not, he was still a waste of money. I will wait, but not with bated breath.I look forward to seeing this post quoted when Dale is settled, has actually played a few games and showstgecsort of quality that he showed against Reading
I'm happy to give him time. However, that quality is not in abundance with some of our supporters. They wanted rid of CJ a month ago and not long before that they didn't rate Bowler.During his loan period he had one good cameo when he scored. The rest of his appearances he was dire, didn’t show enough to warrant investment.
Not me, Bowler we knew wasn’t the finished article or we wouldn’t have got him, the talent was obviously there it needed bringing out, which it is now. Although there’s still work to be done, if he keeps improving he will be one hell of a player. Hamilton I was prepared to give the benefit of the doubt due to his performance last season. He had a good game today, but I think he’s a confidence player and I don’t think he got his full confidence back yet. Dale as I said earlier, on his debut had a good 30 minutes and scored a good goal and I thought we might have something here, unfortunately he flattered to deceive. On his subsequent appearances he was a passenger who didn’t look interested. Critchley keeps saying a good attitude is important, he didn’t show such a good attitude when he went back to Crewe and threw his toys out of the pram. So sorry not for me, but I am always willing to be proved wrong and with a 3 year contract I hope I am.I'm happy to give him time. However, that quality is not in abundance with some of our supporters. They wanted rid of CJ a month ago and not long before that they didn't rate Bowler
