Blackpool v Gillingham Official Matchnight Thread

Just about to set off for Brentford.Was going to go across the '62 and pick up a coach but dont think I'll bother.
 
Never enjoyed playing Gillingham - never found them an entertaining side and from memory we rarely get a decent result out of games against them.
 
Wheat from the chaff night - fancy a pop at the Play Offs they will play out of their skins and grind out a win - here for the money then I don't expect much at all.
 
Weather will be a leveller. Keep the bugger on the deck and plenty of long rage efforts with the wind. Can’t get there as trains are a nightmare so iFollow it is. Had a ticket as well 😔
 
Well if they try playing the ball in the air tonight then they are thick as two short planks. Maybe the wind will force them to play it on the ground and even make them realise how much easier it is that way.
 
I don't mind the occasional speculative high ball into their danger area to cause a bit of panic, but targetted long balls in the air are a no-no.
 
Whilst I would have liked to have seen Howe replace Turton, you can't really blame Grayson for not changing a winning team.

Not a clue how tonight will go due to these conditions.
 
The old adage of never change a winning team. I agree with others, would like to have seen Howe in place of Turton. Hopefully they are developing a stronger understanding of each others game and we kick on again tonight.
