Blackpool v Sunderland Official Matchday Thread 17.04.21

Now that was an ugly win.

Didn't particularly like it.

Not sure why we couldn't play football ourselves.

It was like Grayson was back, couldn't hold onto the ball and just hoofed it.

But a vital win and we move on.

Oh and the ref was dreadful, a disgrace.

Massive 3 points that and other results going well in the main. Very very close game but we are 6 games from the play offs and still unbeaten in this run.

Ballard my MOM but run close by Garbutt and Turton.
I'm sorry mate but Turton not even close. No where near. Ballard and then about 5 or 6 others after.

Another clean sheet and another win. Superb.

We couldn’t play football ourselves because the ref was a joke and let them get away with foul after foul.

Yes!!! ** brilliant result. Stopped cycling to refresh my phone repeatedly! Great thing modern technology 😄

We got very twitchy and lashed the ball everywhere and nowhere ooohh ever since we scored the goal.
Sunderland were cynical tho. The ref gave us nowt and then some.
But, another 3 points and no goals conceded. Going to be a few sore bodies about tomorrow I'd say

That Ref should be investigated....something not right...truly shocking.
It was like he got bored and decided to start doing the complete opposite of everything he should have been doing.

The result more important than the performance today 👍
Yep, just hope Gretarsson and Mitchell are OK. Another two injured, but was always going to need bodies on the line today, literally.
