Boris moves to save the NHS !

Thank you. I’m more Keith Floyd than Jimmy!

Glad you’ve come forward and said you’re a floating poster which kinda proved my point in who I’m trying to appeal too, thank you mate.
Stick around, be yourself and don’t be intimidated.
It’s not always for the faint hearted and you can tell we’re all getting a bit bored and frisky now, and as ‘fresh avftt meat’ you’re probably bearing some of the brunt of that 😆
Enjoy the experience I say.

I have a feeling Certitude won’t be easily intimidated.

Leaving new posters to one side for a moment.

Bored and frisky?!!!!

Crikey LaLa. That’s a helluva confession.

Thank you. It’s been a pleasant thread and a laugh.

He’s very positive about Britain... He’s been a bit poor at times during Covid, but he will lead the Country back to greatness once all this crap is over...

His positivity is infectious 👍
Well, the spread of Covid under his watch has been positively infectious, that's for sure.

Certitude, batting averages are an important element of this forum. Get 20s involved and it's a guaranteed quick 50.

We had a thread on this the other day. Most posters were of the view that if the NHS crumbled, it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

The only salient benefit I can see from the coronavirus pandemic is the strengthening of the NHS.

I think the service is more so at the forefront of people’s minds than ever before. Current and future Governments will know NHS investment is a vote winner.
I would suggest with certitude that each reorganisation of the NHS in the last few years has rendered it weaker then before.
Even things like insisting on calling Arrowe Park Hospital "Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust". A consultant can barely fit that on their business card.

What utter tripe, it may be de rigour amongst RWNJ, but the huge majority of the British Public, in polls again and again, are proud of the NHS
I've just observed the British public queue 100m down Victoria Rd in minus 4 just to get into Marks and Spencers for their weekly food shop. Each one dressed like they are going to a doctors and nurses fancy dress party. I wouldn't read too much into those polls 😂
