Boxing tonight

I've rarely heard a fighter sounding as positive as Kell Brook pre-fight and I do like Brook, but I really can't see him beating three weight world champ Terence Crawford in Vegas tonight. Does anyone think he has a chance?

I bumped in to Kell at Manchester airport a few years ago in the build up to his fight with Golovkin, had a chat for about 5 minutes with him and he's a nice amenable guy, he was 100% convinced he'd take GG out, I just replied "Nah, good luck and I'd love you to but that ain't happening Kell".

Fast forward to last night, Crawford far to strong for Kell, the guy has had a great career but needs to knock it on the head now I'm afraid.

Got up early doors to watch the main event. Was always going to be a big ask for Kell but, man, Bud is something else. He's proper one for the purists.

I really, really hope the Spence fight is made next year and then for me he's knocking on the door for P4P.

Agreed with @Raging_Bull: I have a lot of time for Kell and have been to see him fight a couple of times - possibility the Khan fight might be dangled for the both of them, but Kell should take his $2m and call it a day. A good pro, world title winner and his only losses to three of the best in the game; he can hold his head up high there. Jumping up to Middle to fight GGG took some serious balls and he's got the metal plate in his face to prove it.

Good analysis TFIT, as you say he's been a great pro only losing to the very best in class.

Terence Crawford looks different class to me, him against Errol Spence should be some tear up.
