Dropped below $100 this morning for the first time in a few months, when is it going to be reflected at the pumps?

Unlikely to pass it on as the companies generally hedge what they pay, so what you are paying at the pump now was fixed months ago.
When it goes up suddenly they tend to just use it as an excuse to profiteer.
Obviously sustained increases come through in the end.
