BST email and website

Anyone had issues today? I got an email saying my membership had expired. Tried to log on to the BST site and its not recognising my email address as a member. I have a lifetime membership. I'll drop them a line later but is it a widespread issue that others are seeing or just me.?
 
You have to re-register your email as its a new website. I've done that bit and its let me in but now having issues with renewing as i can't update my PayPal account as I've not used PayPal for years.

Seems strange paypal is only option for payment.
 
Yep, me too. Technology eh? What can you do?

Edit to add: My comment was in response to the two emails -- not accessing the site.
 
Had mine through for BASIL (Real) and its the usual stuff. Free cuppa with a bacon and egg sandwich at the Cosy Caff, discount on the Friends of Layton cemetery tour, and a couple of tickets for the Hope butchers' prepacked breakfast raffle.

Better than having to pickpockets for a Fagin type character* like some other groups have to do.

I got one and I'm a life member! Think Francis must have spilt his tea on his laptop 😆
 
Have to admit it, I prepared the renewal reminder for those members who were due to renew, after I checked everything was neat and tidy I hit the send key before I applied a filter to disable the email going out to existing members who were not due to renew, hands up I cocked up, as soon as I hit the send button I realised my error and sent out the second apologetic email but that took me twenty minutes to prepare and send that out to those that didn’t need to renew, one thing for sure I won’t make that mistake again, lesson learnt on my part.
 
Holyjoes, In this day and age it is refreshing to read a sincere, no excuses, apology. What gets to me are the ones who say - “If I have offended anyone I apologise”. In other words no apology at all!
