The holding company was liquidated and not Rangers Football Club, that is a FACT.
The football authorities (SFA and UEFA) both recognise the achievements of Rangers Football Club, the Rangers Football Club that has been champions of Scotland 54 times, the same Rangers Football Club that is currently 16 points clear in the SPL, that is a FACT.
Have a good Xmas Samuel but no point in us continuing to debate and discuss things when we all know the facts, especially given that you say you are not interested in Scottish football.
If you are concerned about the manner in which the previous holding company was liquidated then perhaps you should consider joining a taxation/accounting forum and discussing things with like minded folk.

You good at correcting me...as all you can’t do is insult me the more you insult the more I dig, did any bond holders ( club deck ) receive any money from your “ same “ club.. you know the ones who paid a large amount for a seat for life in that stand ( name on seat ) did they keep their seat..NO THEY didn’t they were giving nothing back and seats reissued..same club, holding company yeah!! They ripped off thousands of your own fans..same club though classic..I know it wasn’t present board who are doing a brilliant job, only fair to state that.
