Hmmmmm... "if you are doing your parenting right" - the vast majority of parents think they are "doing it right"...obviously including you.
Your argument sounds a bit like those who say "well, she was wearing a short skirt so she was asking for it"...
The evil perverts are at fault. Apart from those cases where the parents are actively involved in exploiting their children, that's IT.

Not the same at all.
If my kids are out and about at all hours while I am at home drinking and smoking weed then I am partly responsible if they fall into the hands of perverts.
If I give them the best possible environment to grow up in with basic ground rules and try to give a good example then they are far less likely to fall prey to child sex predators.
The main perpertrators are obviously the people committing the sex crimes but the problem will be diminished by giving children from poorer homes better lives.
