A BBC article stating that more and more children's homes are opening in Blackpool despite it being one of the most deprived areas in the country.
A proper depressing read and certainly a worry for the near future when they kick these troubled kids out of care and back into the community - which will probably mean more depravation on the streets of Blackpool
