Seems every time I go on website it doest recognise my password then reset password won't go through due to 'technical difficulties'. And also club emails goes to spak. Come on pool get it together we are a championship club.

Bought my grandson a 9/10 yr old top , he's 9 and average size but it's far too small. Bear in mind if you are ordering.
Anyone have club shop phone number?

I couldn't log in and then tried some old login details that had ceased being recognised on the old site and it worked on the new site! Very odd. Anyway ordered some gear from the shop and it was delivered within 48 hours.

May be just teething problems. New site and all that. Looks much more professional site, so as a past web designer I’ll give them kudos for the improvement

I'm going round in circles on the Tangerine TV log-in:

- I tried a new registration, as it instructs, and it said that email is already in use.

- I tried to login with my email and previous BFC password (not iFollow) and it didn't recognise the details.

I can't see a "forgot password" option at login, otherwise I could I could ask to reset it. Every website has one of those.

I'll wait a bit until they sort out these teething problems. If not, I'll ask at the club shop at a time when they are quiet (if ever!).

* Just a guess

Yes very odd not to have a password reset function. The different shop:ticket log in business was an absolute pain so hopefully in the long run one password fits all BFC related stuff will work.
