Crisp flavours that dont taste like their name.

Walkers have had the same flavours for 40 years. They just keep rebranding.

Dodgy Chicken and Beef given all sorts of exotic names to lure in the salad dodgers

Tyrells are my favourites- chilli or salt n vinegar.
best taste of any I have tried including chips in the US of A

Give Allez his due, he always posts a thread people respond too, especially the foody one’s 👍

As for crisps, the Aldi Salt and Chardonnay Vinegar taste like a 12V battery applied to the tongue - you know, when you want to see if its a dead battery or not, how come they never are?

Couldn't agree more re Allez's threads.

It would help if he put O/T at the start of his thread titles though.

When I saw the title of this thread I thought it was about our new signing and a simple prefix would have stopped me making such a mistake.

In my youth I used to love all crisps apart from plain old ready salted.

I don't know why but now I'm happy enough with plain.

I love McCoys but trying to wean myself of them as not very healthy, especially when you smash a 6 pack in one sitting.
The problem is it costs the same for one packet as a multipacket. Its common sense to buy the multipack but you end up eating them all at once!

Mike

No excuse but you are not wrong, those 6 for a £1 multi packs are a killer.

I have managed to stay away from them for a while but I do feel that I'm making a sacrifice and nothing I'd like better than smashing a six pack right now.

Why are Ready Salted not just called Salted
I find Walkers crisps very lightly salted so always add my own sodium chloride. Also Walkers Cheese & Onion has hardly any cheese taste they must tightly ration the cheese powder in their factory.

Seabrooks fish and chips flavour. Urgh…

love their salt and vinegar and cream cheese and chives though.
