You just know he’s going to get the job and then prove to be not up to it and get axed 3 months into next season effectively buggering up next season. Nothing against the guy and he’s done well, but he’s had a bit of luck, and history shows there’s been hundreds of interim managers who get a few wins, get giddy, and the board cave in. Agree he’s a number 2, give it Ian Evatt.
And don’t get me started on Nuttall he’s been useless all season, no effort, nothing!!! Then he scores a goal and he’s suddenly the man? Law of averages prove that if you’re knocking about up front at some point something will fall for you.
