Any updates yet on Demi Mitchell's knee injury! I have to say Critch sounded very concerned that it might be a long term one 😞🤞
 
That would be a huge disappointment, we can only cross our fingers and hope it settles well and he is back soon.
 
Mitch would be a huge loss imo... even more so because I think his style would suit the championship more than league 1.

He reminds me of DJ in a lot of the ways he plays. The way he plays with the ball close to feet, his unpredictable runs, always giving his team mates the unpredictable option... which the rest of the team/ forwards seem to be cottoning on to in the last few games (more so than last season). If he is out I hope it's no more than a week or two
 
Prepare for disappointment, we have no luck in this area so can't see him being fine. If he is its a bonus.
 
He took a fair whack on his knee. After the initial treatment he took 2-3 steps then dropped like a sack of spuds.
Thinking months rather than weeks injury?
fractured patella or meniscus ligament damage maybe

Yes, he's come on leaps and bounds since Critch spotted that he wasn't a left back and switched him to an inverted right winger.
End of last season and this pre-season he's been a revelation.

It took Critch a while to spot the bleedin obvious, to be fair! 🤣

Surely if that serious the physio team would have identified that and wouldn't have let him get back up? Fingers crossed it's nothing too serious
 
It looked nasty to me. As above, it was the way he seemed ok for a few steps then really not ok that worried me.
 
Fingers crossed its nowt serious but as already mentioned the fact he tried to carry on and had to go down again is never a good sign.
