To be fair if I'd had a skinfull and watched a 0-0 draw between PLW and the nobbers I'd be looking for some action somewhere just to remind me that I'm still alive.

Who knows why he was doing that... Maybe he'd had too much to drink.... Maybe some preceding incident had provoked a reaction. It really doesn't matter...He's not the one being paid to act professionally and he's not using a dangerous weapon that risks serious (and even life changing) injury...

I'm probably not the best person to give a balanced opinion in any case as I'm really not a fan of police people.
