Do we have enough for a 'second team' against Barrow?

The League Cup is not a trophy I have much interest in other than for match fitness but do we have enough in the squad to put out a completely different side against Barrow?

I'd say yes to that question. Our recent signings appear to be short of match fitness, so this is a good game for them (no more injuries please).
It's also a good opportunity for some of our younger players to play, and if they impress it will help them to secure a good loan move.

a good cup run could do wonders for the players, fans and the club in general. the league cup has been diminished in importance in recent but id still likeus to give it a decent go

The more games the merrier as far as I'm concerned. Loved keeping tabs on the youth team s last year too

Maxwell/Moore
Moore Keogh Thornily Hughes
Dougall
Virtue Apter
Lubala Lavery Corbeanu
Not sure if Keogh is fit and the full backs are inexperienced, but that team would be competitive.

Connolly is too important at the moment to risk in this game, as is Thompson. If Jerry starts at Stoke then Shane needs game time. Apter needs to start too.
