Does the club need some money making initiatives?

If this is going on for 6 months, it does feel like the club could do with some financial support from fans. For a start could they not do an on line Golden Gamble for every game? Am sure most fans would be happy to buy a ticket and over the season it could raise a few hundred grand. I wonder if they could do a big Christmas raffle like they used to in the old days? Just thinking outside the box but am sure fans would be happy to chip in with the usual amount they'd spend on matchday .. could call it a 'Pie and a Pint' .. something like that?

Just received the new 3rd shirt in the post having ordered it Sunday morning. Delivery driver knew it was a new shirt as he reckoned about half his deliveries today are shirts from the club and his van was full of identical looking packages!

Its not a long term solution to filling the financial gap, but itll certainly help for now if people are buying stuff from the shop in those sort of volumes.

How does the 3rd kit look in the flesh? tempted
I really like it. I remember having a training top from the club shop in the mid 90s that was same colours and I wore that loads so bit of a nostalgia pick for me too. The tangerine looks a bit more fluorescent against the blue but it's exactly the same colour as the home shirt if you compare them side by side.

This year's shirts feel slightly better quality material than last year's ones too - hopefully less likely to snag and pull when you go within 5 yards of anything with it on!

Sizing is same as last year but probably a very slightly more tailored (i.e. tighter!) fit but not enough to buy a size bigger, its possible more just the material is slightly different.
