Agreed. Players seemed to of stepped up since Dunn took charge hopefully he stays onI hope Dunne is staying as the assistant, the players need some stability, and keeping the coaching team will help both the players, and the new head coach settle in.
Must admit, I haven't seen a massive improvement at all.in his 4 games in charge we have seen a massive improvement
Critchley and Dunn are both quiet blokes though? Does it need a bigger character in the mix?

I've witnessed 2 injury time goals against the run of play, thee euphoria of which, suddenly changed peoples whole view of the game.
Anyway, it should be up to Critchley who he has on the coaching staff.
Whether that includes Dunn remains to be seen.

I just asked the question. Pep can pretty animated actually. Why?
Not everyone needs to be an Ian Holloway, Brian Clough, Jose Mourinho or Neil Warnock.
Pep Guardiola is one of the quietest managers going yet he's not doing too bad.
If you're picked for a job I'm sure part of the job description doesn't ask for someone as quiet as a church mouse or as mad as a hater!!!
Everyone has their own style I suppose, but as a coach you can get away with being everyones mate... I don't think that works as a Manager. I'm also not sure exactly how the dynamic of the second in command being the 'bad cop' as described elsewhere would work..... For me it's the Manager who needs to set the tone and command the respect of the players...Critchley and Dunn are both quiet blokes though? Does it need a bigger character in the mix?
