Just a simple poll to get a proper idea of the appetite for Evatt to replace Grayson. He certainly seems like the most popular option among fans

If Grayson is to be replaced then it needs to be someone with League management experience and someone who has no past connection to the Club

Why would Evatt move now?! He's on the verge of going down in Barrow's history by getting them back into the Football League.

I'd assume it would be an end of the season job if it's going to happen.

Yes from me. I want an exciting brave front foot manager who hasn't been beaten down by past experiences. I want to play to win, not settle for a draw. I want to attack in the last minute to try to win and if sometimes it costs us then so be it. Above all, I want a free bacon barm delivered to the away fans prior to setting off courtesy of the manager 😜

Been asked this before and wasn't sure about Evo being ready. That said after seeing usgo 1 nil up last night and play ok for 15 minutes to then sit back and invite pressure again, I would take Stevie Wonder over Grayson. I think Evo may well be a good appointment come the end of the season.

Would people really accept us appointing a non-league manager? Evo definitely needs some league experience first. If he had an awful start, how long before the fans turn against him? Would love to see him get Barrow promoted then, in a few years come back to the Pool.

A proven manager please ,I like the sentiment of getting Evo in but I think its too soon for him .

I would like him
Seems fearless like Ollie

I don't get this 'non-league' manager thing. He's managing people playing football successfully. It's the same game, just less money. At some point he needs to become a league manager. Why wouldn't we accept that?

The last thing I want is someone off the merry-go-round who people are excited about just because they've heard of them. I want someone with a plan, for whom we are a massive deal in their career - a really exciting move for them.

Evo would fit that but I'm sure there's others out there for whom we'd be a big deal.

Fully agree
Would love to see Evo here

If Evo is the man then it’s a caretaker until the end of the season. He has unfinished business at Barrow. He will want to take them up for his CV as they were completely un-fancied at start of the season and one of favs to go down. Also not fair to ask him to leave now.

I quite fancy Richie Wellens who is doing a fine job at Swindon. Wouldn't say no to Evo who as well as being top of the Conference, is playing some great football.

Why should Evo need league managerial experience? We will be travelling to Fleetwood soon and what league experience did their manager have!

Agree... Getting an experienced Manager in worked really well with Grayson.. NOT.
Get Evo in.. Fill the place with optimism and play attractive football and get the smiles back on the fans faces.

Didn't grayson have less experience first time round ! Evatt with a very experienced assistant would do for me ! It worked for grayson/parkes. Look at the team they(parkes) built
