I know this will upset a few on here, but really Evo?? what are his qualifications , managed a non league side to some success, Too inexperienced, & a twats trick to take Barrows manager after all the years of shite they have had to put up with.. let them both have some glory...

We need a man manager, someone with clout, who can motivate, Evo may or may not be able to do that, but for me its a no .... for now.. never say never
Also, love him or loath him Grayson, had contacts, any new man needs the ability to call in favours to get players in, or on loan...

Anyone we get is a gamble, but step back a bit, take off the rose tinted glasses, & think whats the best appointment? & I think you'll agree its not Evatt... yet....

So we wait and see if he can do it at League One level...oh he's at a League One club now and won't come to Blackpool. Makes little sense. His next step is League One or League Two. We're bottom half of League One.

This "not yet" talk makes it seem like we can just pluck him from wherever he is as soon as we're ready. He's on the up and it's unlikely to play out that way. Interview him, find out what his plans are, decide whether or not he's the man for the job now.
