Failures for this season?

Just looking at the table and we're currently below Accrington Stanley! Hardly the return season we all wanted.

However, looking at the season more broadly, on and off the field, just wondering what Sadler will have learned from his first season as a Football Chairman. Certainly not as easy as it looks and if he was to look at his and the boards failures this season, what would they be?

It was always going to take 12 months for any sort of cohesion and I think they’ve made plenty of mistake over the last year they will learn from.

I will kick off though with a lot more openness and information for fans. I have no connection with this board whatsoever and feel they have lost a bit of that goodwill and welcome which fans (especially BST who seemed to have been sidelined) had on their arrival.

Whilst I’m not wholly concerned with the bst angle I do feel the board are not being as fluent with communication as we envisaged.

It's a very steep learning curve, and building from a very weak base left behind by the destructive bitterness of the Oystons. Nobody should expect the club to be sorted in a few months, there's a big job to be done. There's no alternative to patience.

In hindsight the hiring of Grayson was a mistake. Maybe the board could communicate more.
I have seen big improvements off the pitch though which were desperately needed after Rapey's destruction of the club. It will all take time. It was never going to be an instant success.

I’m sure when Linton brown came in and they had a fans meeting and he said they were going to be approachable and would have regular fan meetings. I’m not aware of too many of them as it stands. They seem to have closed ranks at the moment.

We seem to suddenly have a lot of people at Bloomfield Road? Have they all snook in under the radar!?
