Wasn’t at the game but I thought they did all they could do tonight. North came across in fine voice. Players and manager let you down

Yeah it was ok. Wasnt amazing numbers but it was a horrible night to be out in that wind.

It's a shame this season has gone this was as the feel good factor should have been built on.

The fans were great. It was quiet for long periods, but the team gave us little to cheer after that early goal.

After they took the lead with their second goal, The North sang, 'We're ** Shit' which caused the people around me to laugh. At the end they gave us a chorus of 'One Ian Evatt', followed by 'Sacked in the Morning'.

There was no great anger in the crowd, just a resignation that we've fallen back into business as usual. 😞

We were unlucky not to go in at least 3 up at half time and apart from a short spell of around 10 minutes or so we looked far and away the better side. I certainly didn't feel let down at that point, in fact, considering the conditions, I was happy, if not a little disappointed that we hadn't been a bit more lucky with our chances. Reading some of the more negative comments on here, I'm not sure what game they actually went to.

The second half was a different story and from the off Gillingham were on the front foot and looked like they were going to score, but Blackpool were still creating chances.

Their first goal was a dogs dinner from our perspective.....Their second was a very well taken goal which fell fortunately....Their third was about typical !!

The crowd was OK for periods and pretty subdued for periods...Nothing special, but I suppose it's what you'd expect..

I don't think this is as clear cut as some are making out....I thought the first half performance delivered enough to suggest that we are definitely improving....It's difficult to know how much of a part the conditions played in the 'game of two halves', but I do think that it's very easy to react to what was a massively disappointing finish to the game and forget the pluses.

I'm not sure how Sadler will react and I'm not sure whether it's right to sack the Manager or not....
