The problem with all these types of delivery companies is that it is the phone user who is being employed. It is easy to lend the
phone to a third party to do the work for you; the likes of McDonald's do not check the identity of the person collecting it. They will at most
ask to see their phone for a screenshot of the order. This problem is widespread.
What is apparent is that large businesses get treated completely differently from small businesses, which get punished with large fines and
prison sentences for employing illegal workers.
