it's true that everything is for sale .. we had someone knock on our door about 12 months ago and ask were we selling, we asked for them to come up with a price, we said stick £30k on it, they did and we shook on it and then had to find a new house! Weirdly we'd been wanting to move for years and was the kick up the bum we needed.
