Man of the match for me and Husband was great also. Defence looked solid at the back and Super Jerry put the icing on a great away day. Wish we could have been there.
He has excellent pace, a much better right back than Turton.Man of the match for me and Husband was great also. Defence looked solid at the back and Super Jerry put the icing on a great away day. Wish we could have been there.
My thoughts exactly.Maybe they've extended his contract so that they can get a fee for him ?
I thought he did well as he wasn’t going down unnecessarily (unlike Curtis) first half and showed excellent game management last 15 minutes where he probably did pull out a few RADA skills (mirroring opposition players)what I like about Gabriel and he has brought this into our team is he is crafty for a young player learning the game.He buys fouls at dangerous times and I think thats something we have lacked for years to be honest. We have always been naive in that sense and its suprising that its such a young player to finally start using this tactic in games.Others in the team are picking up on it and it gets us out of potentially dangerous situations. He is becoming one of our most important players.
Sorry, but Husband is definitely a starter atmGabriel was excellent today and is a much better footballer in that position than anyone else at the club.....we need a settled back 4 when the injured players are back and he can start the ball rolling at right back...also Marv at Centre half...decisions for the others..If it is still a back four then I would go Gabriel Marv Ballard Garbutt but that is tough on the Iceman and Ballard...Husband Thorniley and Turton are good back up
embleton looked good and looks dangerous tooYeah he did well again.
Considering players out and the stop start weeks and re shuffle we did well, nothing amazing on the ball or going forward for most of it but very solid.
Last 15 mins created a lot more and looked improved.
